Job Summary:
As a Live Chat Representative, you will serve as a primary point of contact for customers reaching out to us via live chat. Your main responsibility will be to provide real-time, high-quality assistance to prospective buyers, sellers, renters, and other stakeholders. You will be expected to understand customer needs, resolve inquiries promptly, and help guide them through the real estate process.
