Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Licensed Long Term Care Administrator to lead and manage our senior care community. Duties

• Lead the overall operation of the long-term care facility, ensuring high standards of resident care and regulatory compliance
• Supervise staff including nursing, social work, caregiving teams, and administrative personnel to foster a motivated and cohesive work environment
• Oversee budgeting, financial management, and resource allocation to ensure efficient facility operations
• Ensure medication administration protocols are followed accurately and safely by trained staff
• Maintain open communication with residents’ families to provide updates and address concerns promptly
• Coordinate with healthcare providers to deliver comprehensive nursing and health services aligned with residents’ needs

Skills

• Extensive experience in nursing home operations, or senior care environments
• Proven leadership skills with supervisory experience in long-term care or group home settings
• Strong knowledge of dementia care, Alzheimer’s care, memory care strategies
• Familiarity with home & community care practices
• Excellent financial acumen with budgeting experience to manage operational costs effectively
• Ability to oversee medication administration processes adhering to safety standards
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with staff, residents, families, and healthcare professionals
• Knowledge of regulations governing long-term care facilities
• Experience managing operations within senior living communities
