      The pay was pretty decent.

      Cons

      Rotating shift, 6 months probation and you are just another employee to them.

      Great people to work with good benifits

      Cons

      Pay not consistent with similar jobs. Poor communication at all levels. When you get a good person to work with they leave or are terminated.it is a good old boys club. Rules are put in place but bent for certain people

      i have Been in the industry for over 30 years and can honestly say arauco cares about employee safety, and seen other companies just say it. (Great Place to Work!)

      Cons

      An employee can find a con in every employer, but for what i have seen Arauco strives to eliminate cons as best as they can and better than most companies.
