Starting pay was once decent. Started out as a decent place to work.
Cons
HR department is very unhelpful. They show no compassion or care. Will try to get out of taking care of medical bills if you get injured on the Job. You gotta really fight to get any real solid pay raise. Very skewed pay raises for promotions. A Tech 3 and a Lead should not be making the exact same amount of money. 2 different positions with 2 different job duties. Yet they will tell you to suck it up and move on. Medical plan is absolutely horrific. always on the phone having to have a 3rd party provider call your doc office to pay the bill after you get the full amount sent to you. ( if you dont the Doc office will hold it on you to pay in full) Horrific mgmt style. They raise Micromanagers to control the employees and push people to quit. They see all employees as numbers and replaceable ones. You can work your butt off doing 100's of hours of OT and be a top notch employee who goes above and beyond. But as soon as you make a mistake. Even the simplest of ones. You are now on the chopping block to be fired. They will threaten you with termination after your first mistake.
