Pros

Laid back environment with nice people

Cons

Complete lack of structure in place for employees. I have been with the company just over a year now and have been given no insight of possible progression yet they continue to talk about all of the opportunity available. Staff turnover is crazily high, employees aren't happy and are being fed false hope on a continuous basis of how things are changing and again the opportunities available - Nothing changes. Salary and benefits are very poor. Communication between departments is horrendous, the software which we are both using and selling to clients is a continuous problem for both employees and clients. An unhealthy culture of telling people what they think they want to hear rather than actually telling the truth.

Pros

Opportunity to earn CEP title and learn about equity comp. Good colleagues.

Cons

Department roles and responsibilities are not defined or clearly organized, often leaving extra work to the operations group. Inefficient and little to no training on the software. Unreasonable work load due to lack of training, inefficient processes from upper management, and software glitches. Pay is poor for work produced and amount of overtime put in. There are also rumors of huge gender pay gap within the company.
