      Pros

      My journey with Icertis has been nothing short of extraordinary. I left the company and returned after gaining an even deeper appreciation for the incredible people, vibrant corporate culture, and promising market opportunities. I continue to witness Icertis transform from an early-stage startup to a more mature, global market leader.

      Cons

      The work environment can be fast-paced and demanding, but I've seen similar expectations in other high-tech companies like Microsoft, Salesforce, SAP and multiple Services providers.

      Smooth Onboarding, Kind Employees, Great Culture

      Pros

      The onboarding process was one of the most smooth experiences I've had in my career. Everyone is so Kind and willing to help you out in anyway to succeed. Lots of extras from the social committee, they genuinely care about their employees at Icertis.

      Cons

      Only con I can see is amount of PTO, not as generous as some other places I've worked (but not a deal breaker either).
