      Nobody stays for long

      Not much really. Free parking.

      Cons

      Not many people stay here for very long. It's not a fun place to work. Pay is below scale, management is authoritarian and judgmental, including of personal lives.

      My pay was at market rate.

      Cons

      Most of the managers didn't seem to know what they were doing. They would hire staff that were not qualified for the job just to put people in seats. Management would make rash decisions based on knee jerk reactions which generally led to more problems and more rash decisions. Toward the end I gave up trying to follow the new policy and procedures that seem to come out weekly and just focused on my job.

      No Pros come to mind with this company.

      Cons

      The HR in this company is lacking knowledge and professionalism. They interview candidates and absolutely waste their time by not following up. I've worked at several different IT firms, my experience with Sevatec was surely not accommodating
