Management and corporate positions have no clue what the field crews go through on a daily basis and they beat them to a pulp. The crews are treated like garbage and every single bad thing that happens falls directly on the supervisors every time. There is very little accountability from managers all the way to the top. Even when you perform great, you will rarely be recognized for your efforts. Bonuses are dependant upon all other supervisors in your shop doing their jobs perfectly. It's not feasible. Employee morale is very low. Oh, and copper clad wire is a detriment to the electrical industry. It's all Strada uses.
