Pros
this is a small company atmosphere, great co-workers dedicated to helping each other out and share knowledge. Everyone is very good at working across department lines to ensure the customers are taken care of. Great relationships with the customers and other vendors helps make things happen.
Cons
Not a lot of regular communication from management, and they painted a rosy picture when it wasn't. Some people tended to take credit for the work of others. There was also a fair amount of indecision at times when trying to develop customer solutions. Mid and upper management did not listen to the technical experts enough to understand the issues and concerns.
