Teaching is often a thankless job. Teachers deserve a lot better. The pay is insulting.

-Good benefits -Decent salary to start off

Cons

-Too much stress from the admins, BOE, students, and parents -Not being treated fairly -All the work get shoved to new employees -Not being treated like a human being -Terrible work-life balance -Teachers do not have a say in anything -Poor COVID19 protocol management
