      XPO is a GREAT place to work!

      Pros

      Opportunity is everywhere at XPO you can transfer between divisions . If you want to relocate you can move with a job waiting for you. Just come to work and do your job and you will be appreciated and rewarded.

      Cons

      We still have some upgrades to do in the LTL division as far as IT goes.

      Benefits are industry leading. Compensation is near the top. Great colleagues to work with every day! A company that truly believes in their core values.

      Not many. Work hours can vary based on the ever changing market and customer demand.

      Pros

      Championship Team! I love that everyone I meet at XPO wants to play on the top team. Together we are always looking for a better way; to take care of customers and each other. The work is challenging and rewarding but we have the tools to do the job and we trust each other to make it happen. Most rewarding place I have worked, I would not trade my team for anything.

      Cons

      Not a place for everyone, fast paced, exciting, challenging but very rewarding. It is a winning environment for overachievers.
