Pros

Ability to be remote Has Teams meetings every week to update employees, but info never was true.

Cons

Not stable. Lost 1 contract and laid off half of employees Bonus is available but never paid. Used to pay cell phone and internet. Not paid any longer. Micromanaged No training No leadership No structure Benefits are horrible. High deductibles and out of pocket. Will never be a sustainable TPA. They lose a contract, you lose your job No chance for growth. Management wants suggestions but then upset when given God Complex for head of claims. Rude and spiteful Overhires thinking they will succeed. Not a small fish. Tiny minnow in big ocean

Pros

Free parking in the center of Worcester Work is so easy you only half to actually work a few hours a day, aka what others might call a good “work life balance”

Cons

They don’t pay you much so that “work life balance” is lost and you just work endless OT from 8am - midnight just trying to scrap enough to get by. Not to mention the management has to be the worst thing I’ve ever experienced. Literally like girls in high school rolling eyes about one another and openly shading older employees who struggle with the tech side of things. Their trainings are garbage, they just hand you a Policy Handbook and call that training!! The American team gets blamed for the faults of the main company in India, so then the American staff are all exhausted and miserable. The best thing that ever happened to me was getting laid off from this hell hole. Life set me up for so much better and a far kinder and polished environment!

Pros

Flexibility with being remote. Can work from home. Pay cell phone and internet but that’s stopping for new employees.

Cons

Horrific management. They don’t provide adequate training and then expect you to be off into a world of your own. There are resource pages but very difficult to find. It’s a new company and when they lost one contract about 1/2 of the staff was laid off. No security with this company and don’t ever expect to get the full bonus that is provided in your offer letter. No structure with mangermenf. Seems they just mske up job titles. They do give shout outs when someone has helped another, but don’t expect a raise for it. They are finally becoming more up to date but it shouldn’t have taken this long to get CCC.
