I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at AECOM (Bristol, England)
Interview
I received the interview instructions about six days before the assessment, which felt a bit short notice. An extra few days would have been helpful for preparation. The interview included a technical question, a short presentation, and general questions for both sides. The panel was friendly but there was limited opportunity to speak in depth about my own experience -much of the session was spent hearing about ongoing projects I had already researched in advance. Overall, it was a structured interview but could have allowed for more two-way discussion.
Two interviewers, ask about the leadership, challenge ,all the questions are mainly based on CV. Not intense atmosphere, also questions about coorperation. it is a good experience , no so many technical questions
The process started with an initial HR screening to discuss my background and interest in the role. This was followed by a technical interview where I was asked about my engineering knowledge and past project experience. There was also a competency-based discussion focusing on teamwork and problem-solving. Overall, the process was organised, and communication was clear at each stage.
