Interview
Overall, the experience was not bad. However, after two interviews, one of which was in person, it would be respectful to call the candidate and inform them of the decision, rather than just sending an automated email.
video interview to be sent in before even talking to someone. took to long, impersonal. no updates for any portion of the process. I did not receive an offer but I continued interviewed with other companies.
First interview was on phone with recruiter. Second interview was zoom with district manager. Last interview was zoom with regional director. The whole thing took about 2 weeks. It was pretty straight forward. No curveballs
