Incredibly unprofessional - after my initial interview with the recruiter, and then initial interview with the hiring managers, Renee Orr thought it was okay to ghost me. Ghosting applicants who are in the interview process should not be normalized and it reflects very poorly on the organization. If it's any indicator of how that company is ran, it sounds like I dodged a bullet.

Interview
Very straight forward with 3 total interviews. The first being mainly a meet and greet with a focus on my background. The next two focused on specific departments testing my knowledge and practices revolving around the marketing world.

Interview
Simple interview process that led with the Account Director asking a few questions and then providing next steps, which would include one more interview with the hiring manager. After that, I met with the hiring manager and she asked me a few questions about how I motivate myself on a daily basis and my work style.
