The first interview was with a recruiter briefly going over the role of the BOA and just general questions regarding my experience. The second interview was virtual due to COVID with two assistant controllers, one of whom would be on my team if I got the position. Both asked questions regarding what I was looking for in my next job, temperament in certain scenarios, and how I would make a good fit in the team. Interview was smooth and went well.
