I applied in-person. I interviewed at Alro (Potterville, MI) in Apr 2025
Interview
Complete waste of time. Practices are backwards and they could care less about your qualifications. 7 years of manufacturing experience and knowledge of running their equipment just to get a cold automated rejection email the next day. Job was re-posted a few days after my interview after HR said the position was "filled". Job description states you don't need any experience and are willing to train but that's not what I gathered during my interview. Unless you're a male don't expect an offer.
