They do one over the phone, then a video interview and ask you to implement the problem. Not to bad of a way of hiring people and getting you a job.

The first round of interview would ask you some basic questions on javascript and front end technology, while the second round of interview would ask you to build a program followed by an interview asking about what your thought process is when building the program.
