Question 1
Tell us about a time in which you led a project, how you did it and what was the outcome.
I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Aon in Oct 2024
Interview
Phone interview with HR then three subsequent interviews with staff. All interviews were limited to 30mins on a zoom call. Really impossible know if the job was even a fit if no one will talk behind 30mins a piece nor meet in person. HR was also unable to give a timeline for the process or follow up. Overall my once high opinion of Aon has been drastically diminished.
Fairly simple. Couple stages. Usual malarkey. Assessment centre, individual interview, group exercises, written assessment. What you might expect as a grad. Really happy with result. You should try it! Just trying go fill 30 words.
