Started with a phone screen with a recruiter, who verified basic information (no need to prepare for this call). Then a 30-minute phone interview with a current in-house attorney about a week later. About two weeks after that, was notified that I was selected for the final round of interviews. This was nine 30-minute interviews in one day, basically back-to-back with a lunch break and one other break. Notified about final decision 2 weeks after final round of interviews.
