I Interviewed for a position in the finance department over the course of 3 hours. The job sounded like a good match and I felt I interviewed well. My biggest complaint is with the lack of feedback and communication. I sent the obligatory thank you notes to all four people (including the CFO). I never heard back - even tried following up with the hiring manager. No responses, no job offer, no feedback, pretty rude if you ask me. Keep this in mind if you interview in their Rocky Hill office. P.S - The office was sweltering hot and all VP's had fans running in their offices.
