Assured Executive Assistant interview questions

I had a phone interview with a recruiter who reached out to me initially via email. The interviewer seemed to be excited about talking to me and explaining about the company, the role and the interview process and I thought it went well. Since she told me what I can expect after the interview, I waited to hear from her but 4 days later and it was complete silence. They didn't even send me a rejection email.
