Assured Staff Engineer interview questions

Cold outreach from their recruiter, then calls with recruiting, then technical screens, then onsite (or virtual) with more technical rounds and a project presentation. Seem like nice folks, but the comms were confusing and/or misleading. The interviewing is unclear, and despite asking for clarification will still leave you wondering what they are even hoping to learn about candidates. Should also note, everyone there is a "staff engineer," at minimum.
