Interview
I got contacted after 1+ month from when I applied, and was given a link to schedule a call. The earliest available time was in 2 weeks. By the time I had the call the job posting was also removed. Recruiter came 6 minutes late into a 30 minute call, and was time restricting my answers and rushing me (never experienced this). I felt disrespected and got a rejection the next day eventho I answered everything, and basically treated her way better than she treated me. Based on what she said about hiring manager plan to be on vacation, I felt they'd already decided on another person and basically just wasted my time. Not to mention, phone call for an interview? poor quality especially for international calls. I am disappointed because recruiters can basically be careless and ruin your chances with a company you care about. I did not appreciate the experience. Re-evaluate your recruiting process and how you treat candidates!!

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Autodesk (San Francisco, CA) in Feb 2024
Interview
Interview process was a a three stage process. Started off with a phone call, then a formal interview, then a 3 hour in depth interview with different team members. Overall it went well, I had great conversations with all parties. It felt mostly casual, as they wanted to know my UX thought and work process.
