Round with recruiter who asks you general questions, followed by a round with the Hiring Manager. They took a lot of time after the application to get the first interview.
The interview process was really smooth and well organized. It included two rounds. The first one was more of an introduction, where we talked about my background and experience. The second and final round was with the hiring managers and focused mainly on behavioral questions. It felt more like a conversation, where we discussed how I handle different situations and deal with challenges.
Overall, it was a great experience. The BGIS team was very responsive and quick to share updates and results, which made the whole process feel efficient and well managed.
