Interview
GD followed by one round of interview. No hr round for me. Interview was mostly on CV and application of your project on CV to banking sector. If you have some knowledge about risk management then it is advantage.
It started with one round of group discussion , then one psychometric test and then one round of interview (technical+HR).Few people qulaified GD then final result was combination of psychometric test and interview.It was campus placement.

What is gini index, describe how to make decision tree
There is mainly two rounds of interviews.
In first round it will be SQL , coding and projects related questions.
In the second round they mainly focus on business understanding and excel.
It was a good experience. I was asked little bit about my past projects and basic statistics and SQL. These were not very difficult to answer.
