The hiring for the Silicon Valley office is run out of Sydney, so things moved very slowly after that. In the end, after they broke California labor law in not disclosing the pay for the position when asked, they eventually offered a max of $120k - which is well under market rate for a FAE in SV. Would not recommend, the tech has legs but they're going to waste your time with a lowball.
