Interview
A hiring manager called me for a quick screening and asked about my availability then scheduled in person interview. In the in person interview asked couple of question about my past job, customer service experience, do I have any sales experience in the category of mobile laptop and so on.
Very challenging but fair. The interview was very quick. I felt that it was very thorough and asked good quest about customer service, I liked the atmosphere and think it would be a good opportunity.
Easy interview process, asked simple questions and allowed me to fully answer them. Asked direct questions that pertained to the line of work and how things would be handled from my point of view
Interview was straight forward, not that much different from your standard job interview. They asked you the basic questions and what you would do in certain situations with customers. Overall, it went well.
