Applied in February, online. I received an email after 2 days asking to schedule a brief phone discussion regarding my application. This discussion took place 2 days later, we talked about 30 minutes. General questions about my background, why Bloomberg, why this position, why me for this position. A special interest in my technical problems solving skills and customer service experience, most important with angry customers.
After a few days we scheduled another phone discussion, this time in order to be tested my language skills, consisted in a brief discussion in French. In my opinion it went well. The day after I received the rejection e-mail. I suspect that my technical experience was not satisfying.
