The interview was mostly behavioral and/or about personal experiences pointed out on resume. There may have been some slightly situational prompts as well. Only one round before offer was extended.
The interviewers didn't waste time with personality questions and focused on my qualifications. They also provided a great tour of the manufacturing floor and offices. I interviewed on the phone and once in person before receiving an offer.
