I did not get an interview. I applied online, took the assessments and then received an email stating that I had passed and to schedule a phone interview. I then got an email 5 MINUTES before the scheduled interview stating that while my resume was impressive, they were going with better qualified candidates. This is extremely unprofessional in my opinion.
