Interview
2 phases of interview - The first with the senior direct which was very technical. It seemed there were specific skills he was looking for as he asked me repeated questions in certain areas. He recommended me to the hiring manager Second phase was with the hiring manager (portfolio director) - a bit more relaxed since his boss had interviewed me and was satisfied. Also less technical than the first interview
