I met representatives of the company at a college career fair, followed up with my resume and a cover letter and they got in touch with me 2-3 weeks later to set up an interview.
The interview consisted first of a problem solving test with a few cognitive puzzles. Then an interview with one of the project managers, in which he described the company and job requirements and asked a few behavioral questions. This lasted about an hour, maybe hour and a half.
Immediately after that interview, another senior engineer came and conducted a similiar interview with more behavioral questions, including asking for examples of leadership ability and collaborative work.
Ended with filling out paperwork for background check and drug screen. The whole process lasted about 3 hours.
