Simple interview with some behavioural questions related to customer service and challenges handled at your previous job. Not that bad, easy to pass I believe. Clearly mention the salary offered, which is not that competitive I think

Process was clear and fast, going through the specifics of the job and the skills needed to do it. Professionals were educated and listened and asked good questions.
