The interview began with general behavioural questions focused on my experience and how it translates into skills relevant for the role. We then discussed how I’ve applied those skills in practice, including my use of tools such as Excel. From there, the conversation moved into my interest in accounting, followed by some general accounting questions related to the responsibilities of the role.
