The first round was a profile evaluation, where the recruiter reviewed my resume and checked whether my experience matched the job requirements. They asked basic questions about my current role, projects, notice period, and salary expectations.
The second round was with the Hiring Manager. In this round, the discussion was mainly focused on my past work experience, project responsibilities, and how I handled challenges in my previous roles. The manager also asked scenario-based questions to understand my problem-solving approach.
The third round was a Manager Panel round, which was more technical and in-depth. Multiple panel members asked detailed questions related to my technical skills, real project scenarios, and how I approach complex problems. This round evaluated both technical knowledge and communication skills.
The final round was with HR, where we discussed culture fit, career goals, compensation expectations, and joining timeline.
