Interview
Phone competency, followed by in person case study (no pre prep) and finally a partner interview, with case study that was pre prepared. The questions asked at the competency stage were completely standard. Both the second and third round IVs were at the London offices at Ludgate circus.

Case study topic: how are changes to accounting regulation going to affect the accountancy market in the future. I was also asked a series of standard competency questions.

Interview
Overall, it was a good experience. Suggest preparing well and being honest to align with the company’s values and long-term goals. The questions vary depending on the role probably. Also suggest preparing your own questions, those are always important.
The interviewer was nice. Mostly bq questions, it was a 60 min back to back. The overall difficulties is around three out of five, and contain a question section at the end,
Typical corporate interview with multiple rounds. Submit the CV, get a call from HR, check the availability, interview with head of department. Background check, discussion of benefits, offer, and then response.
