The Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS) interview process at EY Global Delivery Services usually has 3–4 rounds.
1. Resume Screening
HR reviews your profile to check your qualification (CA, ACCA, CPA) and experience in financial reporting, IFRS or US GAAP. If shortlisted, HR schedules interviews.
2. Technical Round
This round is taken by a Manager or Senior Manager. Questions focus on:
Financial statements and their linkage
Revenue recognition
Lease accounting
Consolidation basics
IFRS vs US GAAP
They also ask about your past work experience and projects.
3. Managerial Round
A senior team member may discuss practical scenarios and assess your problem-solving and communication skills.
4. HR Round
HR discusses career goals, salary expectations, notice period, and why you want to join EY.
The whole process usually takes 2–3 weeks.

straightforward and quick. PRocess was very clear. Interviewers are nice and considerate. You would know about the result in a matter 2/3 days time from the interview. Standard questions were asked. Nothing special but should be ready for technical questions well.
