Partner Interview inside department of interest. Presentation pack to prepare for presentation. Follow up questions regarding presentation. Interview length was an hour. Interviewer cares about who they hire, if you are interviewed, they are interested in what you can bring to the firm. Believe in yourself.

Question 1
Mainly strength and competency based questions. If you get to interview stage, they are interested in your character and belief in the firm. They will ask you questions about topics that are contentious, difficult and interesting. Be curious, show you want to learn and demonstrate an undeniable motivation to go the distance in your career. The job is yours but you need to take it.
No interview completed due to being a spring insight week participant so the process was less rigorous compared to the grad scheme or summer internship programmes, for example. Question does not apply.

I interviewed at EY Manchester. The interview was straightforward and the interviewer did not ask any extraordinary questions, it was essentially a conversation aimed at letting me know more about the company and it's values.
