Interview
The first interview went well. The second was supposed to be with someone on site, who didn't show up to the Teams interview and so I had to be the one to reach out. When I had rescheduled it, the interviewer didn't apologize for what happened the last time, nor did it feel like she had any interest in hiring me or getting to know me at all.

I honestly don't even remember it was such a short interview
You submit a video interview first. They ask questions, you have a moment to think about it, and then you have to answer on video with no redos.
Then had a phone interview with the Director after they reached out, and then a panel interview with the onsite team.

Interview
I applied via LinkedIn and was contacted within a few days by the screening recruiter by phone. The recruiter asked me about my experience and explained in more depth about the role and the company. She informed me about next steps during the interview process and mentioned if I did not hear from anyone within a week or so to please email her. I then heard from the on-site leader the following week and he asked my availability for an interview via teams or on-site. I opted for on-site. We discussed my experience in further detail and I asked him questions about the role and the company. The following day, the initial recruiter called me and said they would like to move forward. Later that afternoon, I also had an impromptu teams meeting with the Regional Sales Director where we also discussed my experience along with job details, information about the team, and more information about the company. Within two business days, I received my contingent offer and instuctions to start my background screening.
