Interview
I completed two interview rounds and was disappointed with the overall candidate experience. After the second interview I did not receive any follow up, despite reaching out for an update.
I also found that the role differed between the job description, the first interview, and the discussion with the hiring manager in the second interview, which made it difficult to understand the true scope of the position.
Overall, the lack of communication and role clarity resulted in a poor experience.

First interview with the HR was very smooth and professional.
Second interview was with the hiring manager. Friendly conversation to explore the fit and then a 20-minutes case study.
Unfortunately I didn't moved passed the case study.
