I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at FUJIFILM SonoSite in Jun 2025
Interview
I was contacted by a Fujifilm recruiter for a phone interview. The interviewer missed the interview, emailing me back a day later to reschedule. The interview was a straightforward behavioral screening. I was then assigned a technical exercise. The exercise was appropriately difficult, but the recruiter would not respond to questions for days at a time.
Next, I had a video interview with the team lead. These questions were mostly behavioral.
Following this, the recruiter emailed me to set up an on-site interview. This was difficult to schedule as the recruiter would not respond to confirm the interview until the evening before.
The on-site interview had me meet with a couple different team members, including the hiring manager. The interviewers let me know I would hear back within a couple days. They ghosted me - the recruiter and hiring managers never responded to any of my follow-up emails. This was consistent with my experience with the recruiter throughout the interview process.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at FUJIFILM SonoSite (Bothell, WA) in Jan 2023
Interview
Phone screening was short. Had an virtual interview with the hiring manager and then a final interview with the manager’s boss. Process was pretty quick and only took about two weeks.
