This company is notorious for putting you through the whole process and then pulling away last minute. Claims they only needed one interview, however they lied and brought me back in for another interview. Unprofessional and ultimately went with someone is fluent in being bilingual. If that is what you need then be transparent from the beginning.

I interviewed at Farmers Insurance Group (Las Vegas, NV)
Interview
I am a licensed insurance agent. I heard about this position from a friend who also works for a a Farmers agency, but a different one. When I sat down to start the interview, the 1st question the agency owner asked was "So what church do you go to?"
I was obviously taken aback, and answered "I don't go to church." He then quickly shuffled some paperwork and changed the subject to the details of the position.
I later learned that he and the other office staff were all LDS (Latter Day Saints), and I didn't stay very long!
I applied online. I interviewed at Farmers Insurance Group (Indianapolis, IN)
Interview
Phone interview and two in person interviews. I did not have prior insurance background. I would need to pay for licensing up front and would be reimbursed once I passed the exam.
