They try to sell you the job, It's almost insulting around $30k salary? Who is this job for? It's a scam. Not even a teenager should work for that little for a job like this. Also waste of time 2 interviews.

Interview
The interview process began as a phone interview and proceeded to a face-to-face interview. The process was more of a dialogue than a firm list of questions. The tone was more probing than testing capabilities.
Done over the phone. Great questions and very easy. The interview was very informative as well. The interviewer was full of so much passion it makes you want the job so much more to work with people that have energy and drive.
