Standard interview process that included a phone interview with recruiter, followed by an interview with the hiring manager. Questions were very standard as they were looking for a culture fit.

Tell me about a time in which you had to handle an escalation from a new client who was promised by sales that a feature was going to be available shortly after signing, and that feature was not even on the roadmap.
The interviewer was straightforward about the characteristics of the job, without omitting information that may be unattractive, and without reserve explained into more details other aspects of the job. The interview coordination was acceptable.
