I met with Pepsico at my colleges career fair. They recommended me to their supply chain associate position at Frito-lay. Later on they reached out to me and did a screening. It was fairly simple questions that asked about the type of worker you are.

30 minute phone interview where they describe the position/Frito Lay and ask a couple of questions. Then if you are selected for the next round there is a three hour interview process at their plant. The first hour is taking a tour of the plant and the next two hours are three separate panel interviews.
