Question 1
How did I influence my stakeholders to choose a particular product/service from a particular supplier
Straight forward, two rounds of interviews with various staff of senior level, they schedule you in, the interviews are about 30 minutes to one hour long each. They go through the interview process quickly which is good, they don’t make you wait weeks in between interviews.

Interview
Two rounds. 1st was largely STAR model based with lots of stories to tell. They did not check the subject matter much and greatly relied on the stories and how those related to the current job description.
The second round was with Directors and was more on the lines of knowing the temperament. I spent almost 25 minutes asking them questions about the job which they both passionately answered.
