After applying, I received an email to schedule a Zoom meeting interview. The interview lasted about 15 minutes, with questions about my experiences working with children and in education. I received an offer in the interview.
Interviewer described the position, reviewed my application to make sure of my preferences, asked a few situational-type questions. Offered me a position on the spot. Then reviewed what next steps would look like, which was an offer letter to come within 24 hours which was to be signed 24 hours after that.
