Really long process, with inconsistent format.
Test. First 2 interviews are normal, and then the do 3 back to back competency based questions style rounds. So essentially you have 1.5 hours of "give me a time when". It's stupid and childish - not difficult, just subjective. You have to to guess what they are getting at using SMART. But the icing on the cake was the Head of HR describing printers (their customers) as "uneducated".
It is obvious from the fake reviews that they are posting on Glassdoor that their culture is rotten to the core and that it would have been an error to join them. They bang on about their culture, but that is the first sign they don't have a genuine one.
