Lenghty, plan your 12 hrs time for interview, both walkins and interview. Genpact interview process includes resume screening, online assessment (if required), technical or domain interview, HR behavioral round, and final managerial discussion, followed by offer letter and background verification.

It was easy related to generice accouting queations and AP knowledge. Are you ok for night shift etc. Apart from it whether you can shift in noida. there will be night shift and you should be flexible for shifts.
